When I say hadn’t been touched, I mean it- dark panelling and orange shag carpet throughout. It was time for a major overhaul. The house was completely gutted and updated with new cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, lighting, fireplace tile, etc. There were points when I wanted to move in to this one myself!
